Knee-Bend with Barbell
Stabilise yourself on the balancing area with a slight bending of the knees. Bend the knees 90º to a low position. Variation: in the low knee-bent position, roll forward and backward from the toes to the heels. Before straightening, stabilise yourself in the balancing area. Purpose: complex movement patterns, train strength of leg muscles and coordination.
