1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by MBT Europe.

2. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw runs from the date of publication on our website and social media channels until 4th January 2026, 23:59 (CET), unless otherwise stated by MBT.
The winner will be selected from all valid entries and announced at the beginning of January 2026 on MBT’s official channels and/or contacted directly via the contact details provided, within a maximum of 3 days from the selection date.

3. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over.
- Participants must be resident in a country within Europe where MBT is able to ship the prize.
- Employees of MBT, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter
Entry to the prize draw is made by following the instructions provided on our homepage and/or social media posts promoting the draw (for example, subscribing to our newsletter, completing a form, or similar actions specified in the campaign).
Each participant may only enter once, unless otherwise stated in the campaign communication. Any entries submitted in excess of this limit will be void and will not increase the participant’s chances of winning.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise not compliant with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at MBT’s sole discretion.

5. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) pair of MBT shoes.
The specific model, colour and size of the shoes are subject to stock and availability at the time of fulfilment.
MBT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
– decide which model is offered, and
– accept or refuse any winner’s request for a specific model, size or colour.
If the chosen size, model or colour is not available, MBT may offer a reasonable alternative MBT model, of equal or higher retail value.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service.

6. Selection and Notification of the Winner
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the prize draw period.
The draw will take place at the beginning of January 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry (for example, email address).
If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 calendar days, or cannot (or does not) provide the information required for fulfilment (such as delivery address, size preference, etc.), MBT reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of the Prize
The Prize will be shipped to the winner’s delivery address within Europe, as provided by the winner.
Shipping costs for standard delivery will be covered by MBT.
MBT is not responsible for any local customs charges, import duties, taxes or any other additional costs that may be incurred by the winner.

8. Publicity & Use of Data
By entering the prize draw, participants agree that MBT may contact them in relation to the draw and, where applicable, for marketing purposes in accordance with their consent preferences.
With the winner’s prior, explicit consent, MBT may publish the winner’s first name, initial of surname, country, and any photo and/or video content provided by the winner in connection with the prize (for example, a photo or video with the MBT shoes) on its website and/or social media channels.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and MBT’s Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising Channels
The prize draw is promoted on MBT’s homepage and on MBT’s official and Meta-verified social media channels. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platform.

10. Disqualification
MBT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
– breaches these Terms & Conditions;
– manipulates or attempts to manipulate the entry process; or
– acts in a fraudulent or inappropriate manner.

11. Changes to the Prize Draw
MBT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time if, in its reasonable opinion, the prize draw cannot be conducted as planned (for example, due to technical issues, fraud, or events beyond MBT’s control). Any significant changes will be communicated via MBT’s website and/or social media channels.

12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBT accepts no liability for:

entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or corrupted;
any technical failures or other issues that may prevent participation;
any loss, damage or injury of any kind arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the Prize, except in cases of MBT’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit MBT’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, depending on MBT Europe’s legal entity. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
