Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the purchase process, before the order is finalised.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from the moment your payment is confirmed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from transit times and handling.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
How to track your order
Once your order is placed, we’ll send an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our Customer Service team at customerservice.europe@mbt.com
As soon as your order has been dispatched, UPS will email you a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Important information about your delivery
We aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed as third-party carriers handle the final delivery. Delays can occur due to national, regional or local holidays or exceptional circumstances (e.g., adverse weather or logistical incidents. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays. UPS may require a signature on delivery.
